Perfect Night's Sleep Magnesium Body Butter 200g
Supercharged with vital mineral magnesium, the body butter wraps skin in a hydrating and fragrant veil. A blend of shea butter and coconut oil lend moisturising and nourishing properties, while NEOM’s Tranquility™ fragrance imparts a soothing aroma of English lavender, sweet basil and jasmine.

Bedtime Hero Bath Foam 200ml
Transform your bathtime ritual with this luxurious bath foam, created with essential oils including cedarwood, ylang-ylang and chamomile. When added to your hot bath, the foam creates rich bubbles and imparts a soothing aroma. A blend of sweet almond oil, aloe vera and marshmallow helps to nourish and soften skin as you soak.

Candle: Light this candle before bedtime to allow the fragrance to fill the room. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm.

Body Butter: Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the body butter all over your body and do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11.

Bath Foam: Pour a capful into running water before getting in and soaking for at least 10 minutes. Use some simple breathing techniques... in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
