American Woman
I purchased the Nars Powermatte Lipstick in shade American Woman. The colour is lovely (a warm nude-y pink) and as the product was applied, it felt creamy and smooth. I thought I'd found a lifelong fav, but it wasn't too be. Once the lipstick was dry, it dried out my lips so much that they looked wrinkled! It felt weird when my lips met. Now I can only wear this if I put a lip oil underneath and on top, which counters the matte look I want to achieve, but there's just no way I can wear it otherwise.

Gorgeous colour
I purchased this for myself a few months ago and loved the colour (American Woman) and texture. I have since purchased 3 more as gifts for my nieces. It’s very matte which I love but I do need to moisturise my lips before application otherwise it feels a bit dry.

Bought this after seeing Lorna lux use it on instagram. Quickly became my favourite lipstick. I’m not usually a fan of matte finish but this is so hydrating and is the only matte product I’ve used that doesn’t try the lips out AT ALL. Stunning product. Definitely a repurchase.

Usually love Nars products especially their lipsticks but I’m really not sure about this one. I personally don’t feel like it lasts and by mid morning it had nearly disappeared. I think I’ll stick to the Nars powermatte lip pencil lipstick as this suits me better
