This product smells lovely but I was told it would make my foundation sit nicer on the skin but I’m not sure it makes a difference. I was happy that it has an SPF 35 though.

Good staple primer
This is a good primer for oily skin. Leaves a nice matt finish and definitely helps the foundation stay on for longer. Added bonus of a SPF, though I wouldn’t rely just on that in really sunny days weather

It is a pretty decent primer if you like that luminous look. It contains pink shimmer so you can wear it without foundation to archive that natural/heathy/glowy radiance on “no make up days”. I put it on top of my sunscreen sometimes when I don’t feel like putting foundation on. It doesn’t hide your pores, it just give you that moisturising look and provides glowy base. I didn’t noticed any difference in my foundation performance when I use this primer. Maybe because I have a proper skin care routine and I moisturise my skin a lot before I put any make up on - so this primer don’t do any miracles. I still think it’s a decent product from Nars and I do use it on itself, however I won’t buy it again.

I have combination skin and this works beautifully to smooth out my skin making my pores look TINY to the point that it looks like I don’t have any. Smells really strongly of basil which I have gotten used to and now really like (bit weird when you first try it but stick with it). It is the best primer I have ever used, foundation doesn’t slide off At all and adds a radiant pinkish glow to your face. Brings out my natural skin colour and enhances it. As I don’t like dewy looks as much i wouldn’t wear it bare faced but if you want that then it would work.
