The perfect base with great staying power
I use liquid eyeliner pretty much religiously, but I have annoying combination skin that feels quite dry when applying makeup, but quickly gets oily throughout the day. I was previously using another brand of eye primer and wanted to switch it up, and I'm so glad I did.
