I saw this product whilst looking for new products to update my ‘work wardrobe’ looks, I have always loved matte lip colours but find that some brands wear off quickly, I decided to give this one a go and it was absolutely unbelievable, I wore it for the first time to my father in laws birthday bbq and applied it at 1pm, by 10.30pm after many drinks and lots to eat plus a few cheeky kisses with my girlfriend it was still as perfect as when first applied. Use with a lip liner
I have this lipstick in the shade 'American Woman' and I ADORE it. Because of my good experience with NARS and how long lasting their lipsticks are, I thought I'd give a different, brighter colour a go. I bought 'StarWoman' which is a very bright red, and the colour is lovely. However, you can see on my lip line where the lipstick fans out and could smudge immediately after application. My tip would be to use a good lip liner and then apply the lip pigment after. Would definitely buy again and swear by NARS lipsticks.

Love these Powermatte lippies - they absolutely do not budge. Yesterday I found mine lasted a good 6 hours (I ate my lunch very delicately) They aren’t as juicy as regular lip colours but that’s the pay off for something that lasts - but I don’t find them drying either. Fave colours for me are Walk This Way and American Woman.

I find it really difficult to keep lipstick on but this product is excellent and lasts throughout the day or night even with eating and drinking. I originally bought it in red and loved it so much I bought it in 2 other colours. I actually couldn't believe that the lipstick even stayed on even when I was struck down with a stomach bug (I hope that is not too graphic!)
