Step 1: Slide your fingers through the centre of the Easy Filer to file.
Step 2: Buff the nails on the opposite hand using the two different surfaces on the outside of the file.
Step 3: With your fingers still in the centre of the Easy Filer, polish your nails from side to side on the internal section. Repeat on the other hand.

This is okay as far as nail files go, but there are far better ones (and cheaper) i would use before buying this again. I think if you have hand motor issues this would be beneficial.
