I’m not convinced…
I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now. I’ve yet to see any results in hair/nail/lash growth and strength, which I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t for the side effects. My hair has never been this greasy before, I usually wash it 1-2 times a week but I’ve been having to wash it every 2 days now. My skin is also super oily, to the point it’s uncontrollable. I think the oils have caused me to break out more. Will not be repurchasing.

I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and I've noticed stronger nails and better skin. I've not yet seen results for my hair but my partner is convinced my hair is getting thicker! Shop around lots of sites for a good deal on these.
