This clarifying cleanser from Murad contains active ingredients such as salicylic acid, which penetrates deep into your pores to combat the key causes of breakouts - the build-up of dead skin cells, excess sebum and bacteria, as well as triclosan (which has anti-bacterial qualities) - green tea extracts, which fights free radicals whilst protecting and anti-oxidising skin, and menthol to leave skin feeling fresh. Murad Clarifying Cleanser is suitable for use on a twice-daily basis. Not suitable for sensitive skin, although those with sensitive skin may want to start using it on a once-daily basis initially.
Squeeze a small blob of cleanser into your hands and wet with lukewarm water. Work the product into a lather in the palms of your hands before applying to the face using gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.
Do not apply this product around the eyes.

I have been suffering with acne for a couple of years now and I tried this paired with the murad AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser and it honestly really did wonders for my skin and kept my acne at a minimum.

The best blemishes cleanser
I tried a lot of cleansers for my face I had uneven skin tone, sun damaged with spots skin and pores on the nose and chin, when I tried first time Murad cleanser it cleared my skin almost in first use. After one week regularly using in the morning and at night I stopped using my foundation and fine lines disappeared from skin. I love it and now I regularly buy this cleanser

What can I say...as a person who has had acne for years now, this has by far been the best product to soothe my face. I would say use if you suffer with oily, dry, sensitive skin and also try using the cleanser once every other day. If you use it everyday, you're going to break out into more spots. Give your face time to breath.

I feel like you can tell you have a good cleanser pretty quickly, this one foams up so well and really gets in there to clean your skin, I have oily skin so I’ve noticed this cleanser clears up the excess oil which I think helps with stopping future breakouts. I’m absolutely loving this product so far!

I suffer from really bad acne and have heard fab things about this cleanser. It is a decent size and lasts a while - I don’t feel it is the most effective against spots but it definitely isn’t as drying as other anti blemish cleaners I’ve used. One other thing is that I wish it foamed or lathered up a bit more. The product kind of disappears as soon as it hits a wet face so it’s hard to feel like it’s doing a thorough job

Not for sensitive skin
I bought this and after a couple of uses my skin was burning. I have not had acne for 20 years and this has caused me to break out in the worst skin! It’s taken a layer off my lips. My skin is red raw, burning and dry and on my neck. Never again will I purchase this product. Do not buy if you have sensitive skin.
