Make sure teeth are clean and dry. Twist pen to dispense gel into the brush. Brush a thin layer of gel onto teeth, avoiding the gum line. Wear for 20-30 minutes. (Optional: Apply LED light from Mr Bright Kit). Rinse mouth with lukewarm water.
