First, line and define with the lip pencil to create the illusion of a plumper, fuller pout as it glides on with a velvety-smooth finish. Follow with the mirror-like lip glaze for medium-to-full coverage with an ultra-lustrous result.
- Application: Apply the liner first to shape and sculpt the lips. Follow with applying the gloss as desired.
