Made my eyelids itchy,dry and flaky. I'm not prone to reactions and don't generally have sensitive skin. Don't feel it did a great job as a base either. Yuck

I bought this because I wanted a translucent primer for eye shadow. It is translucent, it is easy to apply. But and it’s a big but it doesn’t work as as primer, eye shadow does crease. Disappointing product.
