I must say, this toner is probably the only one that doesn't irritate my melasma (round-the-mouth hyperpigmentation) or dry out my skin (like most toners do) but leaves it plump and refreshed. It's 100% a daily toner and will be repurchased. It also made more sense to me to buy the refill (as my first purchase) rather than spending extra coins on a fancy bottle, lol.
