This product fixed my skin within the first day of using it. Rubbish
Reading the other reviews I am going to assume my bottle was faulty or something as there is nothing hydrating about this in the slightest. I can’t believe all the hype about it, such a shame as it’s on the expensive side and it just gives nothing. I love medik8 retinol so thought I’d give this a try and it’s rubbish. If you have completely normal skin or slightly thirsty skin I wouldn’t bother.

So bought this and other products back in November. When I received my items, noted there was less product in the bottle compared to other Medik8 product purchased, and not sealed. Got in touch with customer services a no d their response was polite, efficient and excellent. New bottle sent out without quibble! The product itself is easily absorbed on my combination/post menopausal skin, leaves absolutely no residue, and It can add my moisturiser and makeup over it without any skin clogging issues. My skin's plumpness and texture has visibly improved, but you must use it daily and consistently to see results. Company and product 💯% recommended.

I usually use the regular Medik8 B5 but decided to try the ‘Intense’ version. It feels more watery, and the purple liquid left marks on my white towels (though not sure they’re permanent). That said, it’s a great product overall, just not sure it’s much different from the non-intense version.
