Loved it at first then allergic reaction hit
I really liked this vit c when I first bought it and then around Christmas I started having super itchy, angry and scaly red skin on my face and neck (where I had previously applied it) - ever since then whenever I use this vit c, I seem to have the same allergic reaction. It’s all very strange as it was totally fine before.

Not a fan, I really tried to like this however it feels quite silicone like and oxidises on my skin. I do enjoy the hydrating feeling of it and the fact it lasts for 12 months and didn’t break me out. But I thought Vit C brightens your face this unfortunately doesn’t do that. Not worth the price tag.

I bought this when on offer after hearing so many good things about it and I've not been disappointed. I have been using 2-3 drops on my face twice a week for about a month now. It has a fairly instant brightening effect and absorbs into the skin quickly without leaving any oily residue. My skin can be temperamental, but I haven't had any adverse reactions and plan to build up the frequency with which I use it. So far, so good!

I was dubious about this as I have combination skin so stopped using any oil based or cream like formulas a few years ago and switched to serums which seems to have had a huge positive impact on my skin. But the reviews are good and it’s a fraction of the cost of my usual SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic so thought I would try it. In comparison I would say it’s just ok, good option if on a budget but I’ll be going back to SkinCeuticals when my bottle is finished, even if the price is eye watering. The results compared to this make it justifiable. I’d rather cut back on other things but be safe in the knowledge that my skin is as well looked after as it can be.
