A fast-acting formula by Medik8, the Blemish SOS is a targeted treatment that reduces the look blemishes and breakouts thanks to an advanced blend of exfoliating acids.
Powered by 2% salicylic acid, the serum gently buffs away dead skin cells and congestion to protect from blemish-causing bacteria, while azelaic and dioic acids reduce excess oils and discolouration. The lightweight formula is supported by niacinamide to visibly brighten and balance, encouraging a unified tone and long-lasting hydration.
With a quick dry down time and undetectable finish, apply the treatment as needed under or over makeup.
Step 1: After cleansing in the morning and/or evening, use a clean finger to apply a small amount as needed.
Step 2: Rub in gently and allow to dry. Slight tingling is normal.

Dries breakouts up
I’ve been having some breakouts recently, and realised I didn’t have a salicylic acid as part of my routine. I’ve got other medik8 products so thought I’d try this and truth be told, it does exactly what it says it’s for. It dried breakouts up in a couple of days. BUT, I haven’t tried other products so I don’t know how well it performs against other similar products.
