The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

Excellent, long wear, blends beautifully
I have tried countless very expensive eyeliners over the years, and this is by far the best and the only one I now use! I have sensitive eyes and can suffer with eczema around my eyes, but I have never had a problem with this. I have quite oily eyes, so I find a lot of eyeliners slip off really quickly, but I use this on my lower lash line, blend it with a fine line brush which gives it a lovely Smokey smooth texture and it lasts a good 8 hours. I also like the fact that you don’t have to sharpen it, you just twist up from the bottom.

Have an obsession with eyeliner and have them from almost every brand, this is probably the cheapest I have ever bought and is the best hands down. It is so soft, glides on and smudges beautifully, yet stays on for hours without budging! Will be repurchasing this for definite!

Literally a cheats way of Smokey eyes. The brown is a lovely dark brown. Smudged and it has a sharpener….which I don’t know why as it twists up. Fab regardless.
