The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

Swapped black for brown
I decided to opt for a brown as i always use black liner. Brown was less dtamatic and glides on really well. The use of the smudger is nice to make the line softer. Really happy with this product.

I have used high end brands eye pencils as well ,this is the best one so far .I use it in brown shade for my everyday Smokey eye look .it is very easy to apply ,very smooth ,I blend it with my own brush ,I don’t like the smudger attached to it as it nearly wipe off the liner rather than smudging it .good value for money .lasts all day long.

Soft and easily smudge-able
I bought this for tightlining but it doesn't work well for this purpose unfortunately, however it's a lovely smudgy black pencil and I'm sure I will find good uses for it in future. After smudging and drying it seems to be pretty wipe proof

I liked this eyeliner very much. It’s a lovely brown shade and is creamy to apply and blend. Not keen on the smudger, but it is easy to blend with a brush or your finger but you can also leave a more harsh line and it would stay out as it’s waterproof.
