The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

Does the job
Good for waterline, set it with black eye shadow and it will last all day! Water proof which is great for bridal parties! Doesn’t smudge as good as i’d hoped.

LOVE this. I have hooded eyelids, so usually I am left with a lovely transfer of black, but not with this one. It simply does not transfer, and stays put all day. Easy to remove too, so bonus. I recommend.
