Best liquid liner.
This liner is amazing, it's great for precision, its a really bold matte black that doesn't smudge once applied and dried. I use this to create wings on my eyes (which I find extremely difficult normally) but with this liner the tip is so small and the formula just glides on so I can really get the perfect wing. This really is a bargain and will always be in my makeup collection.
