Warm a small amount of cream in the hand and apply all over the feet and nails. Use daily for a two week period and as necessary thereafter to help combat any further flare-ups.

Foot cream
Best foot cream iv ever used and worth the money. I have very dry skin on my feet, tired overworked feet and this cream is amazing! It lasted me ages, a thick consistency but i got used to it. Applied once after a shower and didnt need to apply any more for a couple of days, even after showering my feet still looked amazing! Highly reccomend
