Ingredient leaches formaldehyde- class action lawsuit!
Gentle clarifying shampoo, gentle replenishing conditioner, herbal gro shampoo and anti dandruff shampoo contains DMDM hydantoin which leaches formaldehyde (a known carcinogen) when in contact with water. Causes sores, hair loss also. There is currently a class action law suit in the US. I wouldn't’ risk it!

Wouldnt reccomend
I have non treated, non coloured hair and this shampoo makes my hair feel stringy and knotted. Almost like it is crying out for moisture. Need to use ALOT of product to even get this to lather up.

I heard a lot of good things about Mane 'n Tail before, so I decided to try it out. Instead of the original one, I tried this one first. I have to say this smells so fresh!! However, after using this shampoo, I have to put on conditioner immediately, otherwise my hair becomes really unsmooth. It might because I bleached parts of my hair not long ago. I guess it fits healthier hair than mine, and I will try deep moisturizing shampoo next time!
