In a smooth powder formula, the Revolution Reloaded Highlighter promotes a glass-skin-like luminosity. The silky shimmer can be used to accentuate high points of your face, such as the cheekbones or cupid’s bow, alongside adding a hint of glimmer to the inner corners and tip of the nose.
Ultra-pigmented, the highlighter provides the ultimate glow-up. For an intense, foil-like finish, use with a damp brush or fixing spray.

I wouldn’t recommend. It curdles on foundation. Think a more expensive one might be better, although I’ve never found one.
