Dab onto the undereye area and blend with the finger or sponge. Finish with the Eye Bright Powder for longer lasting results.

For the price it was worth a try, does brighten under eyes but is a bit watery in consistency even when you shake it as instructed. I wouldnt use it anywhere else other than under eyes. I used it on my forehead and it broke me out in spots
