Sweep through brows before filling to create shape, after filling to fix, or alone for a natural feathered brow look.

The brush is tiny but shapes brows ok. I wouldn’t say it’s the strongest glue but I find sometimes when they are it just leaves a hard crunchy feel which this one doesn’t.
