Painful to use
This device is painful to use. The shocks are really painful. I've had it for over a year but only used it few times as its too painful. I use it with the magitone gel and it still shocks really painfully on lowest setting. Others have said same. I recently purchased different device and it dosent do this . So I think its this device. It also dosent give any lift whereas with my new device I see a little temporary pull after use

It works !
I have only had this product a few weeks however I have already noticed the difference around my jaw and chin. My face looks more lifted and I plan on continuing to use this product and looking forward to seeing the results. Consistency is key I would say.

The product I received is not safe, it had electrocuted me when trying to use it, although following through the product usage instructions. It is unsafe to use. Using the smallest electric setting, I got shocked when trying it out.
