What a disappointment. The best brow pencil changed by Mac to the worst one I've ever tried! Crumbles, breaks, thinner than a hair, lasted less than a week. Now I have to find an alternative - never buying this again.

I have used this eyebrow liner for absolute years. It was first recommended to me by a MAC makeup artist and it was my ride or die. However, I ordered two with my latest order to ensure I always have a spare, and the consistency appears to have changed. It’s as if it was left in a freezer. The pen is dragging on my skin with hardly any product actually coming off on my skin. I’ve tried warming the end of the pen in my hands, I switched to the second pen to see if the first was a dud, but they are both behaving the same. Really worried that this product has been changed forever. I won’t buy again if this is the case.

Really disappointed, like other reviews, this brow pencil lasted me less than a week, whereas the old brow styler used to last me a couple of months. The nib broke so easily and wastes so much product. For the price, it is not worth it. I will be searching for a new product after using Mac for years!

Why MAC, why???
I am really disappointed with this new take on Mac’s brow definer having been a repeat purchaser of the previous version. The 1mm nib is difficult to use and breaks very easily (wasting a lot of the product), also as the nib is much smaller you get much less product for your money. This product lasted me just short of two weeks which for the price point is not really acceptable. This product is inferior to its predecessor and feels very much like a rip off.

DISAPPOINTING
Used the old Mac eyebrow styler for years and had no issues with it. Used to get a good couple of months use. This one lasted 3 days...!!! The pencil kept snapping as super fine and the length of it is much shorter!! It is actually rather pathetic in comparison. Would not recommend. Waste of money. Shame and bring back the old styler!!!!
