Good pigmentation.
I bought this for the waterline and it is a beautiful light icy blue with a bit of a lilac hue to it. I love the shade but I think it irritates my eyes a bit due to it being a long wear liner which would mean a dryer formula. So if you don’t have sensitive eyes or don’t intend on putting it in the waterline, I would say buy it now as the shade is stunning!
