Good precision tip, doesn’t dry out and great for doing a wing. Doesn’t dry fully matte and may need two coats if you like a really intense black, but the pigment isn’t bad at all. One of my go to liquid liners.

Great precision liner
Great for detailed liner if you like to do a wing or graphic liner designs. Needs layering slightly to make as black as possible but it does get there and stays in place well. And it doesn’t bleed like many felt tip liners do! Have repurchased many times, my go to liner.
