Veiling the skin in a glass-like radiance, Lumene’s Nordic-C [VALO] Glow Boost Essence combines refreshing hydration and an illuminating effect in one best-selling formula. Ok. but not earth shattering
I bought this serum based on the description (glowy and illuminating). It's a nice serum, but I've had better. Saying that, I'll definitely use it all. It's a very thin serum, which is fine, but I think the 'glow boost' is a bit misleading - for me anyway. It makes my skin feel nice, but it's very matte on my skin. Maybe it works for others, but it doesn't leave a glow and it's not particularly illuminating (as claimed in the description). I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so I'll update this review if my opinion changes in time.

This product is amazing: so light and you only need a few drops, but it makes such a difference. Yes, we all know that vitamin C is good for your skin, but some products I’ve tried previously have been too sticky or too heavy. This serum has the perfect consistency and is absorbed quickly, leaving no residue, which makes it suitable for wearing under make up. I use it in the morning on it’s own under my foundation now that the weather is warming up and I no longer need a moisturiser. In the evening it complements my night moisturiser which contains HA, from the same range, and my skin has never been better!
