With Oat and Canola Oils as well as Nordic Bilberry, skin will be deeply rehydrated and feel much softer. An added Beta Complex locks in moisture for long-lasting comfort and rids you of that tight feeling. Thermal-stress protection means that your skin is less likely to be dehydrated when temperatures fluctuate, keeping away redness and irritation.
Suitable for sensitive and dry skin. Free from fragrance.
Apply to face and neck after cleansing or after Arctic Hydra Care Oleo-serum. Apply 30 minutes before going outdoors.

It's thick so i wouldn't use too much . It's definitely for dry skin. It's more suited for people with dry skin with a condition. Personally for me it's to heavy weight but it's good for excessive dry skin.
