Lovely and soothing
I have used this product for years. On a cotton pad, either sweep them over my eyes in the morning as a quick refresh or if I have more time and I feel like I need to, lie down and leave the cotton pads on for 10-15 minutes.

When my eyes are particularly tired and puffy I lie for 10 mins with a cotton pad soaked in the lotion. Does absolute wonders and puffiness comes right down and eyes are left bright and shiny.
