My go-to!
I have dry/combination skin (occasional breakouts) and I always go back to this cleanser. It smells fresh and always leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturised. You don't have to use loads of product each time so this tube goes a long way. I recommend this to all my friends as a must have.

Okay but definitely doesn't remove stubborn makeup
I bought this on a whim and while it was quite nice to use, I did find it a bit drying and it does have citric acid which I find to be irritating. Also I have to use a different cleanser to remove makeup before hand because this doesn't do the job, particularly bad with waterproof mascara. I wouldn't recommend because at this price there is definitely better and cheaper alternatives available.

Wouldn't like to be without this product. Not tested on animals my priority, works like a charm, delivered in next to no time, I always keep a spare. What a relief to find a British manufacturer, just love it.

Not genuine oroduct
My 200ml cleanse and polish arrive open with old rancid smelling product. I have used this for years and this was either not genuine or very out of date and rancid. I would not feel safe using this. The 200ml Liz Earle toner was exceptional weak smelling like it had been watered down. Like the cleanser the product arrived open with no security seals. The hot polish cleanser was missing the advertised cloth bag and flannel as well. Very dubious behaviour from this retailer!

Wow! Wish I’d had this years ago!
I have been an avid user of Elemis for a while, I am in my 40s and nothing seemed to match what I got from Elemis. However, this has surpassed anything I’ve used before!
