Allow the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day (PhD) 5-in-1 Styling Treatment to encourage the illusion of gloss and shine. Fast-absorbing and lightweight, the treatment utilises a Healthy Hair Molecule to deeply-hydrate.
The appearance of dryness and split ends is reduced, while a Thickening Molecule offers a bouncier, more volumised aesthetic.
The versatile formula offers heat protection for up to 230°C, allowing the colour-safe treatment to minimise the risk of styling damage.
On clean, damp hair, evenly distribute PhD Styler from roots to ends. Comb through. For best results, blow dry.
Tip: To enhance body and volume, use a round brush when blow drying. To create a smooth, polished style, use a flat brush when blow drying.

I've been using this as part of a concerted effort to restore life to damaged coloured hair that has also been through a bout of stress-induced fallout - I have been using other products, including a brilliant mask from another brand, but I think I have to give this lot of credit. It is tricky to get the amount of product to use right, but it def leaves my hair smoother, and more resilient. Previously my hair would have managed to be both frizzy and flat even a short time after blow drying, but now it looks sleeker, bouncier and holds style better - even surviving a day out in the winter wind and squashed under a beanie hat. It does still lose volume a little quicker than I'd like, but that's my thinner hair still growing back, so I'll def keep going with my new routine.

Light, not sticky and lasts ages!
I was given a sample of this awhile ago and fell in love it so bought the full sized bottle because it simply does what I want it to do without being heavy or sticky. Nothing else compares and I’ve tried! Whilst more expensive than I’d normally pay- it lasts ages because you only need a pea sized amount ( I have short hair) anymore and it can be a bit greasy so use sparingly and build up if needed. Keeps my hair in place but not rigid and nicely condition with an expensive looking sheen. Even my Brother commented positively!! Mxxx

I have long frizzy thick hair and as I have hypothryroidism my hair can turn into steel wool instantly. I have been resorting to chopping inches off the ends as it was unmanageable. This product has sorted out my hair from a matted mess to a shiny mop. You really do not need much (about a 50p sized dollop) smoothed through damp hair after washing. I have blow dried it (diffused) and let it air dry and both times my hair turned back into the hair I recognised from my 30s :). Blow drying really does amp up the volume too. Fabulous stuff. Only argan oil comes close to it.
