Paying homage to Venus’ birth, the Lime Crime Prelude Chroma Palette embodies the goddess of love’s captivating energy in eight ethereal shades. The packaging depicts a decadent scene on the front, imbuing the palette with the enigmatic thrill of an old master painting set in a gilded frame.
Frothy waves part to reveal a deeply romantic collection that’s coloured with the cool tones of a mystical city submerged underwater, comprising of five different finishes from matte to metallic, iridescent, sheer and foil for an unearthly, shimmering glow. Neutral ‘Olympia’ and ‘Triumph’ offer a subtle sense of clean warmth while ‘Nymph’ creates a blooming rosy blush. Blue hues ‘Saturn’ and ‘Sea Foam’ work with precious gold ‘Eros’ to bring together the sky and the sea in a celestial treasure trove. For a darker, more mysterious undertone, ‘Genesis’ and ‘Cyprus’ offer a velvety touch of night.
Formulated with Lime Crime’s well-loved buttery-smooth texture, each highly pigmented eyeshadow delivers maximum colour payoff while being easy to build and blend, helping you to create a gleaming, customised finish.
Suitable for vegans and cruelty-free.

Completely worth it.
Beautiful palette. The shades might seem a little 'out there' for every day wear, but it is surprisingly versatile and can be pared up or down. Colours go on smoothly and wear well. The gold 'Eros' shade is amazing, a can be packed on for stunning intensity - I've already used it as a liner and in combination with the teal/blue shades to stunning effects. For a relatively small palette, you can achieve quite a variety of looks and all of the shades play well together.
