Use a "dot and wriggle" motion to fill the entire lash line at the roots and in between each individual lash, creating the look of lush, thick lashes. I loved so much Laura Mercier products, but this one is not the best. Brown color (I am not sure about others) ir too hard. You just CANNOT apply it to your waterline, it's impossible :(
