Upon first usage, activate this innovative formula in a few seconds. Fully draw the brush in and out eight times to unleash instant sculptural volume. Apply the mascara with the two-sided, ultra-soft brush. Use the flat slide of the brush to apply mascara on your lashes evenly. Turn the brush 90° until you see the 8 shaped, curved brush side. Sculpt your lashes with the curved side upwards for perfectly defined volume.

Worst mascara ever!!!
This mascara is by far one of the worst i’ve been using, it flakes easily and within 3 hours it’s gone all under the eyes, not easily buildable at all, you have to apply several coats to build just a “normal” eyelash nothing fancy… Very dissapointed!!!

So disappointing
This is the worst Lancôme mascara I have ever bought (and I have been wearing Lancôme for 30 years and usually love their mascaras). It seems quite dry and slightly clumpy, almost as if it doesn't coat the lashes properly and glide on like all their other mascaras do. It also seems to 'fade off' as the day goes on. I'm wondering, as did another reviewer, if I have a faulty one, as most of the other reviews are so good. The only benefit of this mascara for me was that it washes off easily, without having to use eye make up remover, as I have sensitive eyes and fragile lashes.

Worst mascara I have ever had
First, I’d like to say that I love Lancôme mascaras. So when this serum infused mascara was released I had to have it. What an expensive mistake! I wouldn’t call it mascara, as it doesn’t do anything you would expect from mascara - not lengthening, not volumising. It is black coloured lash serum at best. I wore it for the second time today and after 3 hours it is already flaking off. You can barely tell I have make up on, my lashes look like my lashes, only black. That’s certainly not what I have expected. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I guess I’ll use it up during the stay at home days for its lash nourishing properties, but would not buy it again.

This mascara is amazing. It is buildable and volumising, which is key for me. It also doesn't feel drying, lasts all day, and doesn't transfer AT ALL. The serum element ensures it feels hydrating, and 'm looking forward to seeing the results to my lash health! To top it all of, this has to be the most luxurious mascara bottle I have ever seen; it is glass, and fits perfectly in your hand due to the bends in the bottle. Cannot praise this product enough.
