Dry clumps
Having used Lancôme hypnose mascaras for years, I expected this one to be great. So disappointed! On extracting the brush I noticed how clogged it was. Applying to lashes it was no better, it goes on lumpy and flaky. Whether it’s just a faulty one, I’m not sure, but certainly expected more from a high end product.

Dramatic Mascara
I've used this mascara for years and love it. There is a knack to applying it to avoid it looking clumpy. It needs applying, then the brush cleaning and the clean brush running back through the lashes to evenly distribute the mascara.
