Developed for oily and blemish-prone skin types, the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ seeks to clarify and hydrate for up to 24 hours while providing visible results in just eight hours. The dual-action daily gel helps to minimise the appearance of imperfections, dark spots and discolouration, alongside diminishing the look of excess sebum for a more mattified finish.
Fortified with salicylic and lipo-hydroxy acids, the moisturiser provides a gentle micro-exfoliation, helping to decongest pores and promote smoother-looking skin. The formula is supported by niacinamide and zinc PCA, lending brightening and hydrating benefits, alongside encouraging a unified tone and texture. Mannose locks in moisture to help encourage a visibly smoother surface. An advanced phylobioma active ingredient tops the composition to protect from excess sebum and future breakouts, balancing the complexion and layering well with makeup to leave the skin feeling purified and nourished.

Been use this for two month now it seem working slowly not much spot come up on my face anymore so hopefully in the future I can give you 5 star just need to get rid all of the spot mark first n hopefully my face will come back on normal again .

Been using this product for over a year now. I love it. I have combination skin with a tendency for an oily, spotty t-zone. Best anti-blemish product out there
This stuff is amazing, i had tiny bumps on my cheeks, probably closed comedones. I use this morning and night after cleansing with Emma Hardie cleansing balm, Effaclar H cream cleanser and toning with Biologique Recherche P50. I use retinol every other night. In a couple of days my skin became smooth and more even in skintone. After trying lots of expensive creams and serums to fix this issue it’s amazing to find something so affordable that actually works!

I have been using this product for around 2 months after reading a lot of good reviews on it. I have definitely noticed a difference with my skin. It has reduced redness from old scarring and I have also found I get hardly any new blemishes now. I have sensitive skin that doesn't take kindly to new products but I have no complaints with this. I thought it seemed a little pricey for the size, but I have found I still have lots left after using it for the 2 months every night as you only need to use a small amount!

Bad breakout!!
I have been using this product day and night as part of my skincare routine for around two months. Prior to this my skin was clear except for a very occasional spot and I bought this product to combat some old acne scars and hyper pigmentation. Ever since using this I have had a constant stream of spots!!! It’s the only thing about my lifestyle and skin care I have changed and since not using it for a week my skin has dramatically cleared! I do have relatively sensitive skin and maybe this just isn’t the product for me but I’m now trying bio oil which is cheaper (!) has less ingredients and a much less fussy version of this product, I personally would not recommend this at all, it really messed up my skin !!
