Helps with recovery
Great if you went over the top with tretinoin or other actives as it helps restore the skin barrier. Very moisturising. Prefer to use it in a thick layer at night, seems to give best results this way plus the silicone texture can be awkward.

So I LOVE the b5 cream, and use it daily. However, it can leave a caste, so I bought this. I’m not sure it has the immediate impact, but it’s gentle and hydrating. I’ve been using it after eye serums as I have some sensitivity around my eyes, and it hydrates and calms.
