The gentle treatment combines the brand’s signature Thermal Spring Water ingredient with glycerin, madecassoside and vitamin B5 to nourish the skin. Thanks to its moisturising properties, the formula helps to minimise feelings of dryness and tightness, while softening the skin with shea butter. Its rich texture absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue behind, promoting a touchably soft finish.
The versatile formula can be used for a range of skin concerns. Apply to the lips, face and body to deliver a sense of skin comfort.

This is so soothing for irritated skin, I use it as I spend a lot of time outside and my skin Is really sensitive to cold and wind and this really helps. A little goes a long way which is great as I also use it on my kids. I wouldn’t be without this product.

I'm not sure about this cream, the texture is too thick to be a balm and it stays greasy on the face for ages so in my opinion it's best for night time use, did leave my skin feeling soft though and less sore after the use of tretinoin

I actually bought this product so I could get free delivery on another purchase so wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s now become one of my favourite creams! I was expecting a more balm like consistency but it’s really more like a very thick moisturiser. I use it after using my retinol and it leaves my skin so soft the next morning with no dry patches that I usually get after using retinol. It has a great smell and such good value for money - will definitely repurchase!

Does what it says on the tin
I bought this after over doing it with retinol and acids and realised I had damaged my skin barrier, my skin was severely dehydrated, red and tight. This made a noticeable difference after one use, and after a few nights my skin was back to normal. I still use it if my face is feeling a bit sensitive and it seems to just put everything right again. It’s a really weird texture though, It’s really thick and hard to rub in. I wouldn’t say it’s a pleasure to use exactly, but it does work if your face needs rescued and it didn’t break me out at all.
