The gentle treatment combines the brand’s signature Thermal Spring Water ingredient with glycerin, madecassoside and vitamin B5 to nourish the skin. Thanks to its moisturising properties, the formula helps to minimise feelings of dryness and tightness, while softening the skin with shea butter. Its rich texture absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue behind, promoting a touchably soft finish.

Won't be without it
I bought this cream months ago and it has come in handy so many times, I now won't be without some in the house. But the best use happened yesterday...I burnt my fingers with steam whilst cooking dinner, by the time I went to bed I was in a lot of pain. Normally I wouldn't put a cream on a burn but I was desperate. This was instant relief, I couldn't believe it. Woke up this morning and my fingers are on their way to being mended, with no pain. Incredible stuff, how does this work??!! You won't regret buying it.

This little tube!!! Ahh!!!!! I don’t know what the magical ingredient is exactly but it completely sorted my skin overnight. I had an awful, embarrassing chemical burn from an SA based face wash which left me traumatised as it was a very obvious red, circle shaped patch on my face. I ordered this after seeing someone comment on the fact that it soothed their chemical burn. It cooled my skin down in that area and also completely got rid of any dryness at the same time. Woke up the next day and the red circle had faded so much! Also, at first i was scared it may break me out as my skin is quite acne prone but it didn’t at all! Absolutely amazing, would recommend this to anyone with stubborn patches of dry skin/mild chemical burns eg not open wounds just top skin barrier damage. Absolute god-send, 10/10 going to always keep a tube handy.

Good staple but not everyday use
Isn't a moisturizer - but rather, helped to protect & heal dry skin - so not an all over face application, more of a targeted use. I find when my eczema flares - this helps keep it at bay as long as I then moisturize afterwards

This Will Forever Be In My Skincare Drawer
If you are thinking of getting this... Just get it! My skin was healed in less than a week. I had some severe skin barrier damage that needed some saving and this literally revived it. Anything I would put on my face would burn. My face was constantly on fire but this calmed it immediately. I believe this product works best when layered with a simple moisturiser underneath and then the balm on top to lock in all the moisture. You will Look like a ghost due to the zinc oxide but tbh it is soo worth it!!!!! ps. even though my skin was healed I continued to do this procedure for two weeks as I heard that it takes about 2-4 weeks for your skin barrier to heal. I hope it works as well for you as it did for me <3
