The gentle treatment combines the brand’s signature Thermal Spring Water ingredient with glycerin, madecassoside and vitamin B5 to nourish the skin. Thanks to its moisturising properties, the formula helps to minimise feelings of dryness and tightness, while softening the skin with shea butter. Its rich texture absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue behind, promoting a touchably soft finish.

this product helped a lot when my skin barrier was damaged very badly from acids, and had very sore, flaky, itchy skin. but. and it’s a really big but. don’t use this around your eyes ! if you do, be very very careful and don’t get them inside because lord, it stings and makes them water. i prefer the riche moisturiser around my eyes, as it doesn’t sting. i’m typing this review right now with a streaming, stinging eye. overall very good product though

It's a fantastic balm, really calms down any redness I have. The only issue is the greasy and thick nature of it, so it feels a little too much on my skin, but since I use it at night it's not too bad. Really good product!

I use this on my face, lips and hands. I was suffering with dry skin on my eyelids and this cleared it up straight away, no sting or discomfort. As a nurse I find this really good to use on my hands before bed as an intense repair/moisturiser and on my lips if they feel dry from wearing a mask for long hours. It can be used anywhere really, I sometimes use it around my eyes after cleansing and moisturising and it gives your skin a lovely glowy look. Would recommend for dry skin or if you want an intensive moisturiser. A little goes a long way I usually only need a pea size amount as at first it does feel quite thick but absorbs really well. I haven’t broken out since using this product.
