Following five years of research and with 8 patents pending, L’Oréal Professionnel and Rowenta Salon Electricals joined forces to launch the Steampod. The continuous steam pressure of this unique tool, combined with its anodized ceramic plates, straightens and smooths the hair to leave it feeling smooth and looking glossy.
Designed to give you beautifully sleek and manageable tresses, this Professionnel Steampod is an new innovative hair styling invention from L'Oreal that can be used to create a variety of finishes, from smooth and supple looks to soft, tumbling waves.
Suitable for all hair types, this Steampod is similar to the traditional salon blow dry, except this treatment requires use of an ingenious preparation cream, enriched with cuticle-smoothing keratin, which is to be applied to shampooed hair before expertly blow-dried. Then working to deliver a localised stream of high pressure steam to the hair shaft, deeply hydrating the hair without causing heat damage, the Steampod gives you a high gloss finish that looks fresh from the salon.
With five temperature setting to suit all hair types, even coarse, thick locks, the Steampod tool boasts a water filtration system to produce pure steam to rehydrate and nourish damaged hair while the blow dry creams are packed with Pro-Keratin technology to help rebuild and strengthen fibres to leave hair looking smooth. Continually releasing steam whilst the detangling comb attachment and ceramic plates straighten, this Professionnel Steampod from L'Oreal gives you amazing results that will last until your next shampoo.

Product for great hair
I red lot's of reviews from woman who already bought this product, but I was a little bit skeptical about it. But when I finally bought Steampod I couldn't believe that my hair looks like I was at hairdresser and I would definitely recommend this product. Only thing I don't like about the product is that Steampod is too large, because it has iron and special object for the water, so it is not comfortable if you go on a trip.

a miracle
This L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod is a true miracle! Me and my 13-year-old daughter are both cursed with thick, wavy and unruly hair that messes up at the first sign of moisture or exorcise, but not anymore! I am the most impressed I have ever been with a hair product as this has changed our lives. It's a bit more bulky than a normal straightener, but if you really needed to it could be packed in a case and, after all, you wont be needing tonnes of other products to tame your hair!

So glad I finally bought a L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod, I'll never want to use a regular straightener again. It makes your hair so smooth and soft and after only a weeks worth of use, even on the days I didn't use it, my hair was still far smoother than it was before I had the L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod. This proves it really does treat your hair. Every days a good hair day with L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod!

Excellent buy. For someone who, like me, has a natural frizzy hair, the L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod is a great help. It allows me to quickly obtain silky smooth straight hair. It's worth the investment.
