The continuous steam pressure of this unique tool, combined with its anodized ceramic plates, straightens and smooths the hair to leave it feeling smooth and looking glossy.
Designed to give you beautifully sleek and manageable tresses, this Professionnel Steampod is an new innovative hair styling invention from L'Oreal that can be used to create a variety of finishes, from smooth and supple looks to soft, tumbling waves.
Suitable for all hair types, this Steampod is similar to the traditional salon blow dry, except this treatment requires use of an ingenious preparation cream, enriched with cuticle-smoothing keratin, which is to be applied to shampooed hair before expertly blow-dried. Then working to deliver a localised stream of high pressure steam to the hair shaft, deeply hydrating the hair without causing heat damage, the Steampod gives you a high gloss finish that looks fresh from the salon.
With five temperature setting to suit all hair types, even coarse, thick locks, the Steampod tool boasts a water filtration system to produce pure steam to rehydrate and nourish damaged hair while the blow dry creams are packed with Pro-Keratin technology to help rebuild and strengthen fibres to leave hair looking smooth. Continually releasing steam whilst the detangling comb attachment and ceramic plates straighten, this Professionnel Steampod from L'Oreal gives you amazing results that will last until your next shampoo.

Steampod
I love L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod, my hair is fine/frizzy and I usually manage with hair straighteners but since buying this my hair is perfectly straight and smooth, and doesn't seem as dry and heat damaged or as flat. They do take a bit of getting used to as you need to follow the direction of the arrows but it doesn't take long. I can't live without it.

I'm very impressed with the Steampod. I have really frizzy/curly hair that takes a long time to style and still looks frizzy after, but now it's straight and stays that way until the next wash. I also thought it would be more difficult to use, but it wasn't. It's guilt free styling!

great!, but cant get to roots
I have mixed Afro-Carribean/European hair, so very curly and frizzy. The Steampod is very good, I get the results of my previous straighteners but at 210 degrees (and I think I could have gone lower). Also my hair isn't as flat as it would have been using regular straighteners, it's very bouncy and a little shinier, I'm very impressed with the results. It looks like I always wanted it to, like a really good blow dry with added sleekness. My two big gripes about it is that I can't get to my roots, which may improve with practice as I've only used it once and the fact that it took double the time to do my hair, but this again may be improved with practice. all in all I'm going to stick with it because the results are noticeable, even other people commented on how good it looked and maybe i will get better at using it with time.

L Oreal Steampod
Wow this L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod straightener was worth every penny. I have very thick wavy hair going down past my bottom and I have now hassles straightening it with the L'Oreal Steampod. With the comb inside it's so easy to use with long hair and the steam is so gentle it leaves your hair so soft and sleek. Highly recommended.

L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod
I must admit that I was very sceptical about buying the L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod, mainly because of the price tag. I bought this basically because of the claim that it prevents frizziness which is true it has helped me a lot reducing the frizzy hair madness during summer. It also claims that it reduces hair breakage which is my main concern when styling my hair. Although the frizziness is more under control, unfortunately the breakage is not reduced I have a lot of damaged ends when straightening my hair, and sadly is not just the ends is also higher even though I don't use it a lot and I use it on low heat with the steam pod serum the cream.

I love L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod. Takes a bit of getting use to especially when you have shorter hair ensuring you are holding it the correct way round. Highly recommend.

I have really damaged, brittle and fine hair from years of abuse from over processing, but this L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod leaves my hair shiny, smooth and glossy and everyone who saw me that day commented on how nice my hair was. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing it - it's money well spent!

Amazing!
I purchased the L'Oreal Professionnel Steampod after a friend told me about them and after reading the reviews on here. I have naturally curly hair that is really frizzy and when I tried this my hair looked sleek and shiny straight away, as if I had just stepped out of a salon! An even bigger bonus is that I haven't had to straighten my hair for three days after it either! Words cannot describe how good these are - they're reasonably priced too! The only slightly negative thing about them is they are quite big and bulky compared to other straighteners, but you soon get the hang of them and you only need to use them about twice a week anyway.
