On clean skin, apply a small amount to the face and lips. Apply with dry finger and close product after use. Add warm water and gently massage in a circular motion, avoiding the eye area. Once the sugars have melted, rinse away with warm water. Use 3 times per week. Do not use on chapped lips or ingest.

Love it
I cannot imagine my skin cleansing routine without this scrub. This is my 3rd bottle of scrub and I use it once or twice per week. It makes my skin smooth and clean as it says in description. I really love it!

buttery soft
This baby arrived the other day and literally couldn't wait to try it out. It was a toss up between buying the Nourish or Glow scrub as both looked great but as my skin can be sensitive, this one was better suited. I used to use St Ives apricot scrub but find it too abrasive and harsh on my sensitive skin not to mention the microbeads are bad for the environment. This scrub has a pleasant chocolatey scent (subtle, not overpowering) with a buttery consistency which melts down once you rub it into your skin. The Glow L'oreal scrub has bigger sugar grains whereas the grains in this Nourish scrub are finer but still do a great job at removing dry skin. Leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft to touch :) I didn't have to use much to cover my whole face either so this jar should last awhile. Unless I'm imagining it, my skin looks a little 'brighter' since using this which is always a plus! If you have dry, sensitive skin like mine, this is worth a try. I recommend this product and would definitely re-purchase
