- Application: Use after shampooing; apply to lengths only. Massage for 8 seconds, then rinse. Either replace your normal conditioner or use your conditioner after if needed, blow dry for best results.

A good conditioner
I have long fine hair that hasn't been dyed in years so it is not really damaged that much. This product was fine, but nothing special. My friz wasn't any better or worse and I haven't noticed a better shine to my hair. I guess this would suit someone with dyed hair better.
