I've been using this shampoo now for about a month and I'm not sure whether or not it's because all the steps together are amazing but the change in my hair is absolutely unreal 😍 it's so much healthier now. One thing I will say though if your just a standard shampoo lover and don't use conditioner don't get this as I think you'll need all steps for full outcome

I suffer with eczema and psoriasis on my scalp and this really helped to calm my scalp. I noticed the difference with just one use.
