Doesn’t work
If you are genuinely suffering badly with dry scalp/flakes this product isn’t the one. I’m trying anything and everything and have noticed no difference after multiple uses. I got the smaller size to try first due to the price and I’m glad I did, not worth the cost. I was thrown off by good reviews. Maybe with consistent use over a long period it may make some changes but if you’re looking for a quick fix this isn’t it.

I been using LF for years - to highlight. Also, Kerastase it's one of my favourite brands for my hair. Unfortunately, this product instead of make it better, actually made much worse. Made dry patches, my scalp become super dry and uncomfortable. Once I have contacted customer service, had no support with that case and help. Awful experience.

I’ve had an unbelievably itchy and irritated scalp for years. I’ve used the shampoo in this range and felt like it really soothed my scalp for a bit, but it mostly itches a lot at night so I thought I’d try the night serum. This is an absolute game changer. I’ve used it for three out of the last four nights and every night I used it, I felt it soothed my scalp and I didn’t need to itch. The night I didn’t use it, my head itched again. I used it on dry hair, and fully expected to need to wash my hair the next day, but actually it’s better than dry shampoo for making your hair look, smell and feel fresh. Will definitely buy again.
