This products is amazing for fine hair because it helps treat frizz without the heaviness of gels or creams. It also protects really well against heating tools, I do notice a big difference in the health of my hair. The smell is lovely but does not linger.

Shame about the smell
I'd previously used the cream formula of this, in a tube type container. This seems to have been discontinued/was out of stock everywhere so I opted for this spray instead. I did see that some of the reviews mentioned a fishy smell. I so wish I had taken notice of this as the product really does have a fish smell to it. I have to add another nicer smelling product to my hair afterwards to try and disguise it. I wouldn't buy it again unfortunately due to this issue.
