Wow I bought this after hearing how good the brand was. It’s a nice spray i spray it on wet hair and it adds shine and makes my hair feel hydrated- I don’t use heat on my hair due to trying to grow it and improve health but I have used on my mom and blow dried after it felt super hydrated and shiny! Defiantly buy and look for a discount code!

Don't waste your money
This hasn't done absolutely anything to my hair. My hair is even more dry and frizzy. I've tried so many kerastase products and unfortunately none from them is worth the money. Highly unrecomend don't waste your money

Can't live without it.
I've been using the Discipline range for 3/4 years and couldn't be without it. I have fine frizzy hair and use this liberally after washing and conditioning with products from the same range. It tames my hair and it even withstands a LITTLE humidity. Between washes I sometimes use it watered down before using a straightener. Love it.

I love using this brilliant product from Kerastase. I use the Kerastase Discipline Fluidissime Spary daily as I have naturally curly hair that can become frizzy so I spray directly onto my damp hair each morning and comb through which is so easy to do as I am busy Mum working fulltime. The spray is wonderfully light and very conditioning which helps to calm my frizzy curls. The Fluidissime Spray literally adds a calming finish to my hair together with a smooth shine that helps my hair and curls to look great each day. I would recommend this product to use as a leave in spray daily to help hair retain a smooth shining condition for both curly and straight hair. I also use Kerastase
